Order Cancellations and Return Policy

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details:

Our Cancellations and Return Policy

1. Orders canceled within 24 Hours of Payment Confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
3. After 3 days within ordering your order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
4. When you order a dress from us please understand that you are reserving one of our designers time. We schedule all of our dress orders based on our designers availability and timelines. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. If the item is canceled you will be required to reimburse our designers for their time and any material used.

 

5. Please make sure that you size your dress and other items accordingly. You cannot return items if we are given the incorrect measurements . We suggest that you get all your measurements professionally taken to ensure accurate sizing. Most local bridal shops offer a complimentary measurement at no cost. Please contact us if you need assistance finding a tailor in your area to measure you. We will assist you in any way that we can if you are confused about the measuring process. 6. if we choose to honor a return, Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will work with you 100 % to find a resolution if an issue arises. Our customers are # 1.

7. All Custom Dress orders follow a strict no returns, exchanges, or cancellation policy. If an issue does come up we will work with you to get it resolved in a timely matter.

8. Items That Cannot Be Returned and Exchanged Include:

Certain items cannot be returned, including jewelry, accessories, hair accessories and veils and custom made dresses.

If the item is on Clearance you will only receive the current listed product price back as a refund.

Perishables, swimsuits and personal care items are final sale with no returns, no exchanges. If we no longer carry the item it is not returnable.

When purchasing items make sure that you select the correct size and color. if there is less than one inch of disparity or you select the wrong color at purchase we can not offer an exchange or refund for your purchase.

Please kindly note that all of our dresses are newly tailored to order, and once the production process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.

Colors displayed on our website may vary from the actual fabric color due to screen resolution or individual interpretation. We make every effort to ensure that the images on our site accurately represent our products.
