Orders canceled within 24 Hours of Payment Confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
After 3 days within ordering your custom dress your order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Please make sure that you size your dress and other items accordingly. We suggest that you get all of your measurements professionally taken to ensure accurate sizing. Please contact us if you need assistance finding a seamstress in your area to take your measurements . We offer helpful measuring guides on our website. and we are also available to answer any measuring questions that you have.
If we choose to honor a return, Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Your item must be received in the same new condition as when you received it. Any damaged or altered items will not be eligible for a return. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy.
Any honored returns must be received within 14 Business days from the time of delivery or it will not be eligible for a return. Returns outside of this 14 day limit will not be eligible for a return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returns must be in their original unwashed, unworn and unaltered condition and free of any deodorant/makeup stains, hair, free of any odors, etc).
All Custom Dress orders follow a strict no returns, exchanges, cancellation policy.
Customized items (either in custom color, custom size or custom style) orders are made according to your requirements. Customized orders cannot be returned.
