We accept major credit cards including Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. We also conveniently take PayPal. All your payments are protected by our SSL encryption so that your payments are secure.

Refund Policy

At Matrimony Prep, we make every effort to make sure that your products are high quality and best out-of-the box. Here is our return policy:

(1) Please make sure that you size your dress and other items accordingly. We cannot return items if given the incorrect measurements including shoes. Please contact us for a current sizing chart If a size chart is not listed on the item.

(2) if we choose to honor a return, Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. We will charge a restocking fee that is variable due to seasonality. Note: After a timeframe of 7 days, we cannot return merchandise. 

(3) All returned items must be in "new" condition. Matrimony Prep cannot honor refunds on items that are in "used" condition. When an item is returned to our store via mail, it will be checked via an extensive restocking process. The customer will be notified upon receipt of the returned item whether or not it meets "new conditions."  

(4) If an item is defective or there is a sizing issue that is not measurement related (i.e. incorrect size entered online), customer must notify Matrimony Prep within 24 hours of receipt via mail. If Matrimony Prep is able to restock the item, it must be returned within three days to shipping address provided to customer via email. 

(5) Items That Cannot Be Returned and Exchanged Include:
Certain items cannot be returned, including jewelry, accessories, Custom Made Items and Men's suits. Perishables, swimsuits and personal care items are final sale with no returns, no exchanges. Clearance and For Sale items are not returnable. Custom made dresses are not returnable.
If the item cannot be returned, the customer will be notified via email.

We understand that all circumstances are different and our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Please reach out to us with any questions.

(6)  Made to Order Custom Measurement Gowns and Dresses are not eligible for returns. 

Custom Dress orders follow a strict no returns, exchanges, or cancellation policy.

(7) Sizing and Color Issues
Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders due to sizing issues. When purchasing items make sure that you select the correct size and color. if there is less than one inch of disparity or you select the wrong color at purchase we can not offer an exchange or refund for your purchase. 

Colors displayed on our website may vary from the actual fabric color due to screen resolution or individual interpretation. We make every effort to ensure that the images on our site accurately represent our products. Please contact customer service at matrimonyprep@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding a product prior to purchase.

(7) Please plan on the following timeline when you place your order:

  • Tracking #: You will get your tracking number within 7-14 days of placing your order.
  • Shipping: Item ships within 7 to 14 days of placing order.
  • Arrival: Please plan on 10 to 30 days for the arrival of your order. Custom Orders will take longer . For special shipping arrangements outside of our standard free shipping policy please contact us.  Please plan on being home to sign for your order or email us with a  location that we can make delivery.
  • Shipping on Custom Made dresses and other items may take longer due to Designer timelines. 
  • Custom Made dresses can take 40-120  days so we ask that you please plan ahead and order in a timely manner. 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

At Matrimony Prep, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 15-30  business days from the date that it is placed. Please understand that we specialize in bringing you unique and hard to find items from all over the world so sometimes shipping can take longer than what we would like.

Custom Orders and Out of Country orders can generally take longer. Please contact us if you have any shipping related questions.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

  • Once the payment has been verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

  • It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: Shipment takes approximately 14 to 25 business days after processing. Custom Orders and out of country orders will take longer. 

Express Shipping: Express Shipping is available at extra cost. Please contact us if you would like express shipping.

 Please place your order in a timely manner. It can take 7- 30 days to receive an order from our website. We offer free shipping for orders placed in the USA.. If you want an item faster than what our free shipping offers please send us an email and we will quote you a price for express shipping. 

All international orders cost $29.99 for standard shipping (roughly 30 days).
